Shingle Creek property owners are eligible for low or no interest rates for home improvement loans through the Shingle Creek Neighborhood Association (SCNA) Home Improvement Loan Program. The Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) help us offer the best loans possible.
The maximum home improvement loan amount is $15,000; the minimum is $1,000. Over 300 neighborhood residents have utilized this program! Shingle Creek: Emergency Deferred Program
Funds are available to residents of the Shingle Creek neighborhood who need to make emergency repairs to their properties. An emergency is defined as a condition that creates an environment that is uninhabitable or dangerous to the occupants. CEE will determine whether or not a condition is an emergency.
